Confused about whether or not to aim for a VBAC? Perhaps you are feeling pressure to have a repeat caesarean birth.

VBACs are not so common because many medical providers often prefer that women just have a repeat Caesarean rather than attempt a vaginal birth. It’s less trouble for them, earns the providers more money and can be easily scheduled, unlike a birth in which the mother waits to go into labour naturally. We are here to change the way women give birth after having a C-section by providing parents with evidence-based information to support them in their attempt at a VBAC delivery.

Our VBAC Preparation Course provides parents the foundation they need to feel confident about their choice to VBAC, and our VBAC doulas are here to assist and encourage you throughout the birthing process.
