Digital products and courses
Due to the nature of digital content, all course purchases, downloadable products, and e-books are final sale. Once purchased, these items are yours to keep, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at nikki@thefitmidwife.com before completing your order.
Consultations
If you’ve booked a 1:1 consultation with Nikki and need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Missed appointments are non-refundable, as time is allocated specifically for your session.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions to Your Pocket Midwife are billed according to the plan selected . All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. The billing cycle for the monthly subscription is every month. You may cancel the subscription anytime and your access will still remain until the end of the billing cycle.
