What qualifications does Nikki have?
Nikki is an experienced Midwife with over 10 years of experience in both NHS and private healthcare. She holds a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Midwifery and MSc in Midwifery:Education. Nikki also holds a Diploma in KGH Hypnobirthing and is a certified Pre & Postnatal Exercise Specialist. Nikki is also qualified to deliver CPR and First Aid training for adults, children and infants.

Unlike generic online programs, our courses are created and delivered by a practicing midwife with real-world experience. The content is rooted in evidence-based care and includes psychological preparation, hypnobirthing tools, active birth techniques, and honest, unbiased education. You’re supported not just with videos, but through live sessions, community access, and optional 1:1 guidance.

Absolutely. Our programs are ideal for first time mums and partners, offering a well-rounded foundation in birth education, postpartum planning, and newborn care. We break down complex topics into manageable, supportive lessons.

Yes! Many of our students are second-time or third-time parents who want to feel more in control, prepared, or supported especially after a previous difficult experience. Whether you’ve had a VBAC, caesarean or vaginal birth, there’s content for you.

Definitely. We offer topic-specific mini courses on VBAC and caesarean birth preparation. These are tailored to give you the tools, strategies and confidence to navigate your options.

Yes! Every course includes access to our private community where you can post questions anytime. If you choose the PLUS version, you’ll also have 1:1 live video sessions with Nikki every two weeks. For general questions, you can also email the team directly.

What is "Your Pocket Midwife" and how does it work?
What is "Your Pocket Midwife" and how does it work?
It’s a WhatsApp-based support subscription where you get personalised, real-time access to a qualified midwife throughout your pregnancy and postpartum. Ask questions, share concerns, and receive replies within 24 hours during working hours (9am–6pm).

Yes — if you're on the monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Pre-paid blocks (3, 6, or 12 months) are non-refundable but give you uninterrupted support at a better value.

Absolutely. You can choose a 3, 6, or 12-month plan upfront if you’d prefer not to subscribe monthly. It's ideal if you want consistent support through a key stage like your third trimester or the early postpartum weeks.

That might be help interpreting test results, understanding your birth options, managing symptoms, or making decisions about newborn care. You’ll always get an honest, evidence-based answer — from a qualified midwife who knows your journey matters.

You’ll receive a discount code for our fitness programs with every antenatal course. While not part of the core curriculum, we encourage combining both for a holistic approach to physical and emotional wellbeing.
Do I need to be fit to start a program?

Not at all. Our programs are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or already active, you’ll find safe, adaptable workouts that evolve with your journey.
When can I start the postpartum programs?
When can I start the postpartum programs?
Our 8-Week Reconnect program can be started as early as 2–3 weeks postpartum (once cleared by your care provider). From there, you can move into our monthly Return to Fitness plan as you rebuild strength and endurance.

A 60-minute consultation gives you personalised, one-on-one support from Nikki. Perfect for birth planning, discussing your options, understanding clinical info, or getting guidance through early postpartum. Appointments are booked at your convenience and as Nikki's calendar allows.

Yes. Nikki regularly speaks at workshops, panels, podcasts and community events on topics related to pregnancy, birth, postpartum care and women’s health. Just get in touch through the contact page with some details about your event, and we’ll get back to you with availability and options.

Due to the digital nature of our courses and resources, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Missed consultations are also non-refundable, as time is reserved specifically for you. If you have questions before purchasing, reach out—we’re happy to help!
