  • 8 Week Core & Pelvic Program

    Postpartum fitness starts with a strong foundation. Our 8-week course focuses on reconnecting your mind-muscle pathways, specifically targeting your core and pelvic floor.

    From foundational floor-based breathing and awareness exercises to dynamic movements and adding load, this course ensures you rebuild strength in these vital areas. Suitable just 2-3 weeks post birth, it's a crucial step toward your postpartum fitness journey.

  • Return To Fitness Postpartum Program

    After successfully reconnecting with your core and pelvic floor, our monthly program is your pathway back to the fitness levels you once knew. Designed to rebuild strength, enhance endurance, and improve mobility, this program challenges you with varying loads, ranges, and cardiovascular conditioning.
